We’ve taken the wraps off of the Viaje!

Ok, you’ve seen the teaser pic that’s been floating around the internet. So, for those who aren’t going to be able to see the Viaje in person at Sea Otter, we’d like to give you a taste of what you can expect from the new bike. Robert and Omar spent some time playing, er, testing the new bike outside of Volagi headquarters.

Take a look at a few more pictures after the break and tell us what you think!

Pictured are the two planned color schemes – red, white, and black and a cream, white, and black with red pinstripe accents.

Just like the Liscio, the Viaje features the unmistakeable lines of the Long Bow Flex Stays.

While it may look like the seat stays connect to the seat tube a la GT Triple Triangle (as one incorrect commenter already posted on another website), the LBFS do not attach to the seat tube. We simply made them as close as possible to eliminate the chance of your legs rubbing on the stays.

If you have the skills, the Viaje is content on one wheel. 🙂

  1. This could be a good candidate for 650B conversion, disc brakes make it a simple wheel swap…if it has the clearances. Will this frame fit a 650x38B tire? Pacenti Pari-Motos would be sweet!

  2. Lovely! I saw the tags : touring
To use it for touring, you need eyelets! the eyelets for low rider rack and the eyelet for rear panniers. And it will be a good bicycle for commuting as well, especially old people like me who cannot put many things inside messenger bike anymore
